With two decades of experience in both public and private schools, I have taught English, history, and technology, and have served as an instructional technology coordinator and library media specialist. In addition, I’ve coached forensics, advised student newspapers, mentored newer teachers, tutored writers, and supported colleagues.
My work has included strategic technology planning, curriculum revision, gap analysis, standards alignment, online resource and course development, professional development, and the implementation of one-day workshops and week-long technology academies.
Over the past decade, I’ve presented at numerous educational conferences and meetings. Topics range from the very technical (how to set up a blog for students) to designing library spaces to literacy.
